Strategic Account Manager – Cross-Border eCommerce Logistics (Remote, UK-Based)

We're working with a leading provider of cross-border eCommerce logistics solutions that is expanding its account management function. They are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to maintain and grow revenue within a defined portfolio of key accounts, all of which are high-value eCommerce businesses operating across international markets.
Applicants must have experience in cross-border logistics, international fulfilment, or eCommerce delivery solutions.
The Role
This role focuses on managing and developing long-term partnerships with strategic accounts. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their global logistics needs and deliver tailored solutions that support growth, improve efficiency, and build loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring revenue retention and growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Identify new commercial opportunities within your accounts and expand service usage
* Lead quarterly business reviews and present performance data with strategic insight
* Respond to competitive threats and proactively protect business from churn
* Deliver excellent customer service through regular contact and proactive issue resolution
* Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations
* Maintain detailed records of all activity in the CRM (Freshsales)
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing key accounts in cross-border logistics or international eCommerce
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Commercially astute, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Confident in leading QBRs and presenting data-driven insights
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Performance Expectations
* Achieve revenue retention and growth targets for strategic accounts
* Maintain consistent customer contact within agreed cycles
* Deliver well-prepared QBRs using CRM and internal account data
* Act quickly to protect against competitor threats
* Log all interactions and client data accurately and consistently in CRM
