BACKGROUND: The Omorovicza journey begins over 2,000 years ago, when the healing properties of Hungary’s thermal waters were discovered, and the first thermal baths were built. The secret to why Hungarian thermal waters have such remarkable healing properties lies in the unique geological features of the region. Here the earth’s crust is thinner, so waters absorb beneficial minerals more effectively as they journey to the surface. Miraculous healings led to the building of 1,000 thermal baths in Hungary, 100 in Budapest alone. It was in Budapest, in the 1800’s, that the Omorovicza family built a beautiful thermal bath the Rácz Fürdo, on the site of an Ottoman bath, itself built in the 1560s on a medieval healing spring renowned for its curative properties. And it was at the Racz that Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza first observed the revitalising effect of the healing waters on their skin.

PURPOSE OF ROLE: We are looking for a passionate therapist based at Liberty London to deliver exceptional service in the area of skincare, wellness services, and achieve sales targets within our rapidly evolving luxury skincare company. Providing a tailored, personalised service to our customers in order to achieve excellent service and product sales goals, whilst ensuring each customer has a unique and luxurious experience. You will also be working very closely with the retail and therapist team, to perform an outstanding facial/body treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform high end quality facial treatments based on the treatment protocols of the brand.
• Service our customer through a consultation and skincare prescription.
• Examine and analyse client’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide skin care recommendations with your extensive knowledge.
• Able to recommend and sell all products.
• Develops long term relationships with customers in order to build loyalty.
• Follows up with customers after treatments based on our customer journey routine.
• Keeps track of customer data.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
• Helps to keep the store and treatment room clean and in perfect shape for a luxury customer experience.
• Participate in and help organise store events, designed to promote brand image and awareness and to maximise sales.
• Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment.

EXPERERIENCE REQUIRED:
• NVQ Level 3 qualified.
• Retail and spa experience, preferably in a customer focused, beauty environment.
• Advanced knowledge of beauty products.
• Ability to provide genuine personalised treatments, as well as recommend and sell products.
• Extensive experience of spa policies, use of treatment materials and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Confidence and discretion, essential.
• Demonstrates professional treatment consultation and application.
• Works well within a team, and independently.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability.
• Basic computer literacy for booking new appointments and processing payments in electronic systems.
• Able to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & bank holidays.
