We are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to work in a Birmingham-based small, busy and fast-paced recruitment business.
The role of a Permanent Recruitment Consultant will be a 360-recruitment role, the successful candidate will be running their own permanent desk with a warm database.
The role requires an outgoing and confident candidate who possess a strong work ethic and enjoys working as part of a bubbly team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the telephone and making outbound calls, with a proactive approach to the client and candidate experience. Excellent communication skills and a positive approach is essential.
Main Duties Of The Permanent Recruitment Consultant
* Recruiting and resourcing candidates.
* Interviewing and registering candidates.
* Managing and building strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
* Canvassing current companies to seek new job opportunities.
* Canvassing new and potential clients.
* Visiting customers to build on relationships.
* Completing all administration and right-to-work checks.
* Offering CV and interview advice.
* Assisting and managing candidates through the interview process.
* Negotiating on candidate salaries and packages.
