We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor who shares our values and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer — from first contact to final handover.

This is your opportunity to be the trusted point of contact for our customers, keeping them informed and supported throughout the repair process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

14. Delivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish

15. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

16. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs

17. Coordinating with workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth job flow

18. Managing repair bookings, documentation, invoicing and insurance processes accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

19. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector

20. Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach

21. Strong organisational skills with a sharp attention to detail

22. A passion for customer care and a drive to uphold our standards of integrity and excellence

23. Confidence using IT systems and handling administrative tasks
