A leading UK provider of Occupational Health services, is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team. With over 300 clients across diverse sectors, they are committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused healthcare solutions.
As Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery, responsible for:
Leading and developing the Clinical Operations Team
Managing client relationships and ensuring service excellence
Overseeing the OH software system and driving process improvements
Supporting business strategy and contributing to growth initiatives
Ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across operations
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year in Operations Management and 2 years in Customer Service.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Experience in process optimisation, project management, and data analysis.
Leadership, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
Experience with Cority or similar OH software is desirable.
Understanding of GDPR and medical records compliance is desirable.
Personal Qualities
Organised, analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
Holds a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
