The Opportunity: Partnering with our Managers to conduct organisation design, talent mapping and execute outcomes for all performance levels, to maintain a high bar across the business. Acting as the go-to person for Manager queries and ensuring all people priorities are all executed with precision and good judgement. Acting as a coach for our people managers, providing development on live issues and broader leadership skills to help them grow e.g. delivering high-impact training workshops. Review and analyse business metrics for your business areas; identifying trends in people data and using insights to identify, recommend, and deliver improvements. We are people led and policy light so if you are used to working to strict process steps this may not be the role for you - you will be helping to co-create the people processes as we evolve our people practices. What we need from you: Have solid commercial experience as a People Partner/HR Advisor/HRBP/HR Generalist in a high-performing People team. Have strong subject matter expertise on all things ER - you’ll be expected to autonomously manage your own cases, identify risks and find ways to navigate complex situations.
