We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns, with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and quality.



Role Overview:

As a Campaign Manager at Buttermilk, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns for a portfolio of clients, working closely with the Campaign Director. This role involves managing the entire creator process, from discovery through to content approvals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy and data teams, to ensure all campaign KPIs are met, while also managing client communications and leading a project delivery team.

This position requires excellent organisational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to upholding the high standards that Buttermilk is known for.



Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management & Process Optimization:
* Monitor and manage the entire creator process, from creator discovery to content approvals, optimizing workflows for efficiency, profitability, and success.
* Aim to increase sign-up rates, reduce drop-out rates, and improve content quality and campaign results.
* Timeline & Target Setting:
* Establish and monitor delivery timelines, ensuring the team has clear targets and deadlines.
* Lead the process of setting KPIs and recommending deliverables based on client briefs, in collaboration with strategy and data teams.
* Client Communications:
* Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding campaign delivery, providing updates on timelines, creator progress, and content approvals.
* Ensure high standards of client service and address any escalated queries or issues.
* Team Management & Leadership:
* Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and on-standard delivery.
* Lead both line management and project management responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Margin & Profitability Oversight:
* Oversee the profitability of creator programs, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed GP (gross profit) goals.
* Protect account and project margins by managing resources efficiently and monitoring hours spent.
* Reporting & Data Management:
* Contribute to status reports and provide input on campaign performance.
* Perform data checks and dashboard reviews to ensure accuracy in reporting and to assess campaign success.

* Commitment to High Standards: Ensures the delivery of quality work across all projects.
* Managerial & Mentoring Skills: Provides leadership and guidance to team members, helping them to succeed.



Measurement of Success:

* Timely & On-Standard Delivery: Ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet Buttermilk’s high standards.
* Meeting Campaign KPIs: Achieving or exceeding the key performance indicators set for each campaign.
* Client Satisfaction (NPS): Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective management and communication.
* Project Profitability: Protecting and enhancing margins while managing resources effectively.
* Team Feedback: Positive feedback from team members and evidence of effective team management.



Required Experience & Skills:

* 3+ years of experience in campaign or project management within an agency environment.
* Proven account management and Influencer Marketing (IFM) experience.
* Strong track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated experience in people management, leading teams, and mentoring junior staff.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
* Experience working with creative teams and clients, with the ability to balance client expectations and agency profitability.
