The Role
* Ensuring that the section operated effectively daily while all food cooked and served is of a high quality
* Prepare and produce food as required with use of modern methods, equipment, and fresh food
* Maintaining sufficient level of mise en place for lunch and dinner service
Skills
* Good industry knowledge
* Good food production and ability to work under pressure
* NVQ Level 1 – Essential
* CIEH Level 2 – Essential
* Previous experience in a similar role
