Role Overview As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff, contributing to high-quality lessons, and ensuring pupils receive the individual attention they need. Key Responsibilities Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, interactive lessons. 1:1 & Group Support: Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce key learning objectives.
