The Talent Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent strategies to foster growth within the organisation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, offered on a hybrid working basis. Client Details You will be joining a global business of circa 2,000, with strong presence across EMEA, APAC and the US. The role will sits in one of the centres of excellence, as part of a long standing, dedicated & multi-national People team. This will be the first dedicated Talent Development Specialist that the business have had, and over the course of your contract, you will be tasked with reviewing and re-designing the Learning Frameworks in place. The aim will be to equip managers with the soft skills needed to drive high performing teams.
