Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist our Senior Kitchen team in running a successful and smooth Michelin star service at Northcote Hotel. Northcote Hotel is a 26 bedroom hotel with a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Part of The Stafford Collection, Northcote sits in the picturesque Ribble Valley. As a Chef de Partie you will work closely with Lisa to develop your personal skills and help maintain current high standards whilst pushing for further succession. You will assist in managing the juniors of your team and develop towards the goals set with the growth and expansion of the business.
