Salary range from £55,000 - £63,000 dependent upon experince

You will need to be an experienced registered nurse and experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is desirable. You should possess good communication skills, excellent care values and a strong sense of team spirit.

All patients are Thames Hospice patients and therefore we always support the patient and their family irrespective of our individual role. We represent the clinical model, wider charity and healthcare system at all times. You will work with passion and dedication as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the care delivered to our patients is exceptional and we deliver ‘care with agility’. You’ll research and learn the best ways of delivering interventions and ensure people are scheduled with the right experience to deliver safe and effective care.
