I am developing a simulation pc game in Unity (URP). Runtime Procedurally generated level with realtime dynamic day/night lighting. I need a Lighting/Environment Artist to overhaul the visual fidelity of the outdoor scenes.
Currently, the game looks flat and "raw."
I am not looking for new 3D assets. I need someone to configure the existing rendering pipeline to achieve a better look.
Responsibilities:
Lighting Setup: Configure Realtime Directional Light (Sun), Environment Lighting, and Shadows to match the target mood
Post-Processing: Set up a global Volume Profile
Optimization: Ensure the setup remains performant within URP constraints.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Unity URP (Universal Render Pipeline).
- Strong portfolio showcasing Lighting and Environment Art (specifically outdoor/city scenes).
- Understanding of Color Theory and Photography principles (Golden Hour, Blue Hour).
