We are seeking a motivated Apprenticeship Trainer with experience in Leadership and Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work remotely, teaching and supporting apprentices on the following programmes:
* Business Administration Apprenticeships
* Leadership and Management Apprenticeships
Experience teaching ILM qualifications will be a distinct advantage.

Entry Requirements
* Extensive knowledge & experience of Business Administration, Leadership & Management
* Experience of delivering work-based learning in Business Administration, Leadership & Management
* Experience working with remote teams using TEAMS/ZOOM
* Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies
* Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards
* Able to teach Functional Skills Maths and English Level 1 or 2 as required
* Capable & qualified to work across Level 2 -5 in Leadership & Management.
* Hold a recognised teacher/training qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
* Hold an assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32, D33 or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
* A strong commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and evidence of own ongoing CPD.
* GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or functional skills equivalent).
* Competent in the use of ICT to include Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
* Current clean, full, UK driving license and own vehicle appropriate for business use. Ability to drive a minibus is desirable although not essential.
* Experience working with remote teams using TEAMS/ZOOM with experience of virtual learning and e-portfolios.
* Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies.
* Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards.
* To hold a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving this.
* Knowledge of the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework.

Package: £32,000 pa which is made up of £28,400 annual salary, plus car allowance of £3,600 pa (+ Benefits, mileage, laptop and phone).
