What your role will involve:
✔️ Supporting students in class and during interventions
✔️ Building positive relationships that help pupils grow in confidence
✔️ Collaborating with teachers and pastoral teams to remove barriers to learning
✔️ Helping foster a calm, respectful and inclusive classroom culture

Have experience working with children or young people
Stay calm under pressure and communicate with kindness
Bring patience, positivity, and a proactive attitude to your work
Have experience with SEN or an interest in supporting additional needs
