Strategic Sales | AI Transformation | Workforce Enablement | Remote-first, UK


Join The AI Core to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled enterprises. We work with Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and ambitious organisations to turn frontier AI into real operating change redesigning workflows, accelerating adoption, and helping companies build around intelligence.

We are now looking for a Client Partner, AI Transformation to help scale the impact of our work.

You will work with organisations trying to answer questions such as:

* How should AI change our operating model?
* Which workflows should we redesign first?
* How do we govern AI safely?
* How do we help employees adopt tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude?
* How do we connect AI capability to productivity, margin, capacity and growth?


What you'll do

* You will own qualified commercial opportunities from discovery to close.
* You will lead Multi-threaded conversations with HR, L&D, Operations, IT, Finance, Transformation and C-suite stakeholders.
* You will diagnose customer needs across AI strategy, governance, workflow redesign, adoption, capability and funding.
* You will shape opportunities into structured AI transformation programmes rather than generic training proposals.
* You will build business cases around productivity, capacity, cost reduction, quality improvement and workforce readiness.
* You will work closely with delivery and solution teams to design role-based programmes that create measurable business value.


What success looks like

* You convert high-intent demand into well-qualified, well-shaped opportunities.
* You help buyers see Through the AI transformation process by aligning our solutions to their needs.
* You build trust by diagnosing before selling.
* You keep your pipeline clean, inspectable and commercially disciplined.
* You close deals while protecting quality, fit and long-term customer trust.


You'll be a strong fit if you have

* 5+ years in strategic, enterprise or consultative B2B sales.
* Experience selling transformation, advisory, consulting, SaaS plus services, AI, automation, data, workflow or workforce capability programmes.
* Credibility with senior decision-makers and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
* Strong discovery, proposal and business case skills.
* Ability to connect AI to commercial outcomes such as productivity, margin, growth and operating leverage.
* Comfort working with technical, delivery and client-side stakeholders.
* Experience with MEDDICC, MEDPIC or similar sales discipline is useful.


Strong backgrounds include

* Digital transformation consulting
* Enterprise SaaS solution sales
* AI, automation or data advisory
* Professional services transformation
* Learning or workforce transformation
* Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, UiPath, Databricks, Workday, SAP or Oracle ecosystems
* Nice to have: Sector Or functional domain expertise
