From pregnancy through to age 19, you’ll:
* Deliver one‑to‑one support and parenting programmes
* Work with partners across health, education & social care
* Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities
What we’re looking for someone to:
* Provide information, advice and guidance for expectant parents, and families with dependent children (up to the age of 19) to help them navigate and access services that meet their needs as early as possible.
* Carry out structured whole family assessments and create support plans to better understand and address the needs of families and help them to thrive.
* To undertake targeted one-to-one work with parents/carers to meet identified needs and deliver evidence-based interventions and programmes, within dedicated buildings, communities, and family homes.
* We are particularly looking for applicants with experience of working with families of school aged children and teenagers
* Hold NVQ Level 3 Early Years / Health and Social Care or Higher
* 3+ years’ experience with children & families
* Flexible working across Family Hubs, family homes & community venues. Occasional evenings/weekends.
* Driver and car owner essential
