As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, your duties will include:
7. Arranging and conducting property viewings
8. Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring compliance
9. Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
10. Keeping internal systems and property records up to date
11. Handling general administration duties
12. Responding to enquiries from potential tenants
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:
13. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in lettings or property management
14. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Full UK driving licence
