FIND is working with a leading Education Trust to recruit an experienced HR Professional to cover a number of trust schools. This is a great opportunity to support School Leadership Teams with all aspects of the HR Function.Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, key duties for this role include-
* provide HR service support to cluster schools in the region.
* policy development and delivery.
* employee relations oversight in given schools.
* oversight of performance management, absence and disciplinary processes in each school.
* training and development.
* recruitment and on-boarding.
* oversight of all pre-employment checks.
* contribute to employee engagement programmes.
* provide accurate record keeping.
The ideal candidate for this role-
* has worked in an HR role in an education setting (desirable).
* is CIPD qualified or working towards- or has extensive relevant experience.
* possesses ER case management experience.
* is an effective communicator.
* has worked extensively with HRIS.
* holds a strong understanding of UK HR Law.
* can build effective relationships at all levels.
