About the role
Project Management is essential to the operational framework at Siemens‑Energy, and it is acknowledged as a recognised discipline through internal and external accreditation. The Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business is currently seeking graduates for roles that will support opportunities in both conventional project management and business development initiatives. These roles share overlapping tasks, hence they are grouped under a single selection process.
How you’ll make an impact
* Collaborate with various partners across multiple functions and locations within the AGT business to meet both internal and external customer needs.
* Challenge the status quo; question established practices and inspire innovation within the business.
* Enhance your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma foundational training and by taking ownership of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Become an integral part of a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) and engage in broader business projects through our global culture hub.
* You will be working towards a degree in a relatable business or engineering discipline.
* You should be eager to take on responsibilities for ongoing tasks and projects assigned to you, either individually or as part of a physical or virtual team, with our support.
* You should be adaptable, have experience with direct customer engagement, and maintain a positive attitude.
* You should be comfortable with change and ready to face unexpected challenges enthusiastically, having previously worked in a team setting.
* A commitment to continuous improvement is essential, along with the ability to devise innovative solutions to problems.
