An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator Assistant to join a busy Production team within a well-established organisation. This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to schedule.
Key Responsibilities Process and release work to production via batch release systems
Manage and batch trade jobs within internal systems to ensure timely progression
Review trade orders, including printing worksheets and delivery notes, and verifying costings against material summaries
Update and maintain the production planner, ensuring lead times and capacity requirements are met
Liaise with branches to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate order processing
Coordinate stock ordering for hardware and profile materials
Input production data and completed work into internal systems
Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support
Undertake job-related training as required
Carry out any additional duties as directed by management
Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, professional, and polite manner
Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
