GSL Education are recruiting for schools in Rotherham, within the S65 and S66 localities, to appoint a Science Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and inspire a strong interest in scientific thinking and enquiry. As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, encourage experimentation and investigation, and create a classroom environment where students feel confident to explore scientific ideas. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking. Support students in developing practical and theoretical understanding. Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment. Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver as a Science Teacher. Effective communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
