We’re looking for an AWS Platform Lead to drive the evolution of cloud-native training platforms as customers transition to a new, AWS, microservices-based SaaS product
What you’ll do:
* People manage a team of 3 other DevOps / Platform Engineers, reporting directly to the Head of Development
* Working with cutting-edge AWS serverless technologies to build scalable, event-driven systems used worldwide (StepFunction, Data Compute, Storage, Route53, CloudFormation)
You Should Apply If You Have
* 5+ years experience working on AWS infrastructure (serverless) and infrastructure-as-code
* Experience people managing at least 1 other Engineer
* Experience with event-based or microservices architectures & CI/CD pipelines
* A passion for clean architecture, mentoring others & making teams stronger
The stack: AWS (StepFunction, Data Compute, Storage, Route53, CloudFormation), CI/CD, microservices, event-driven microservices
You must be comfortable being part of a weekend support rota for high-priority incidents
