The role:
As a Spares Manager, you will be committed to delivering outstanding service. You should be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Your main focus will be customer service—building rapport and strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business planning to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Maintaining high standards, creating a loyal customer base, and providing first-class service.
3. Attracting and securing new customers and business into the branch creatively.
4. Assisting with general branch duties and serving as a specialist Spares point of contact for customers.
5. Interpreting data and managing initiatives to improve efficiency and profit, including KPI management.
You:
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of heating spares products and materials. You will play a crucial role in growing existing business and attracting new customers by outperforming the competition. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role offers variety, allowing you to gain extensive product knowledge and experience. Previous experience in the spares industry is preferred, but the right attitude, enthusiasm, and ambition to succeed are most important.
