Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Independent Financial Adviser looking after clients in the Rugby and Warwickshire area with offices and on-site facilities at our Market Harborough office.
Responsibilities include advising clients on financial planning strategies, assessing financial goals, and creating personalised plans to meet client needs. The role also involves providing expert guidance on investments, retirement planning, and wealth management, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and collaborating with other professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
5 years + Experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in Retirement Planning and Investments
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in creating customised financial plans to meet diverse client needs
* Working towards Chartered status
* Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals (e.g., accountants, solicitors) to provide integrated services
* Proficiency in tech for income forecasting and performance analytics.
