As a Senior Indirect Marketing Executive, you'll lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and optimize revenue across referral and reseller partner channels. Your role centers on executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that elevate brand visibility and deepen partner engagement. You collaborate closely with commercial, product, and sales teams to craft compelling marketing strategies for new propositions, coordinate impactful events, and develop high-quality promotional assets. With a strong emphasis on relationship management and data-driven reporting, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Indirect business unit.
What will I be doing?
* Lead the execution of the ANS Indirect marketing plan, delivering multi-channel campaigns and engagement strategies to maximize Partner value.
* Define and implement marketing plans for new propositions in collaboration with commercial, product, and sales teams.
* Drive account-based marketing initiatives to attract and nurture new Partners, while supporting existing ones through in-life campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and tailored marketing support to boost lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Strengthen ANS’ brand awareness and market positioning through PR, events, awards, trade shows, and conferences.
* Develop white-label content, promotional assets, and sales enablement tools, working closely with the creative team to produce engaging materials like videos, eBooks, and infographics.
* Coordinate effectively across the marketing function—design, content, performance, and web.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Commercial to ensure cohesive delivery and campaign success.
* Monitor and analyze ROI across all marketing activities, manage the Indirect marketing budget with data-driven agility, and uphold information security standards through adherence to business policies and procedures.
What will I bring to the role?
* Experience working within the Channel and/or tech industry would be advantageous
* Experience within a Marketing campaign role - able to manage and delegate projects effectively within a large, multi-discipline team
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a range of seniority levels
* Budget management
* Experience supporting with marketing planning
* Analytical skills - able to measure and report on marketing activities and make decisions focused on commercial output
