Our public sector client are looking for a Housing Choices Administration Support Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
Location
Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville (office-based)
Hours
18 hours per week (part-time, providing lunchtime cover)
Role Purpose
To provide administrative and customer support to the Housing Choices team, which manages approximately 4,000 council properties across North West Leicestershire.
Key Duties
* Process invoices
* Prepare packs for new tenancies
* Prepare and issue standard letters
* Scan and upload documents to electronic systems
* Provide general administrative support as required
* Answer customer calls and signpost enquiries appropriately
Skills and Experience
* Previous administrative experience
* Good IT and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and customer service skills
