Project Sales Manager – Luxury Residential & Hospitality. (Retail to Contracts)
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a premium, design-led manufacturer within the KBB and interiors sector, known for its quality, brand and continued investment in growth.
This role offers a rare opportunity for an Area, Regional or Business Development Manager currently operating within a retail or merchant-led environment to step into the contracts and specification market.
If you’re looking to move into a more project-led, high-value sales role, working on some of the most prestigious developments in the UK, this is an excellent next step. Ideally, you will be based in the South East region. This is an opportunity for someone to really learn the market and grow and develop with this brand.
The Opportunity
This position sits within a growing and well-established projects division, focused on delivering and developing business across Luxury Residential, Super Prime and Boutique Hospitality sectors.
You will work closely with developers, high-end housebuilders, architects and interior designers, influencing specification at early stages and managing projects through to completion.
You’ll inherit strong foundations but will also be given the platform to build, develop and grow your own pipeline, with the full support of a high-performing and experienced team.
This is a role that offers genuine long-term development, with clear progression into more senior positions as the division continues to grow.
The Role
* Develop and secure projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors
* Work closely with developers, architects, designers and contractors
* Build and grow relationships with regional housebuilders and key stakeholders
* Identify and win new business opportunities within the specification channel
* Manage projects from initial concept through to completion
* Collaborate internally with key accounts and retail teams to maximise opportunities

You’ll be:

* Confident dealing with customers and building long‑term partnerships
Experience within the KBB or interiors sector is beneficial, but we would also consider individuals with relevant project or specification experience from aligned industries.

Package
* £60,000 basic (flexible for the right person)
* Strong, achievable bonus structure
* OTE 70k+
