Videographer (Full-Time) - Outwork Social
Outwork Social is a video marketing agency based in Holywood, Northern Ireland, helping high ticket service businesses generate leads and grow using strategic video content.
We are looking for an experienced videographer who is confident filming interviews, B-roll, and structured marketing content for businesses.
This is not a filmmaking or student-style role, we are specifically looking for someone with experience producing content for businesses, brands, agencies or marketing teams.

This is a full time, in person position based in our Holywood office.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture high quality video footage for various projects, including promotional content, events, and interviews.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
* Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
* Maintaining high production standards across lighting, framing, audio and camera operation.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in videography and editing techniques to continuously improve skills.
* Ensuring footage is captured efficiently and organised correctly for post-production.
* Supporting the creation of video content for OutWork Social’s own marketing, including BTS, social content and ad creatives.
* Assisting with editing when required using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience filming content for businesses, agencies, or brands.
* Strong portfolio showing interviews, marketing content, and commercial video work.
* Confident filming talking head content and structured marketing videos.
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio capture.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Experience using Sony camera systems.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment
* Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Important
This role is focused on commercial marketing content.
Applications that only contain short films, student projects, or cinematic showreels without business video work may not be considered.
