Are you an outstanding residential property sales professional looking for progression, with the business acumen and charisma to help a team to become the most dominant estate agent in town? We are seeking a Sales Manager and we can be flexible on salary for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct valuations, follow-ups, and listings to secure new business opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to provide regular updates to Vendors.
* Actively participate in all aspects of canvassing for new business, including database marketing, to obtain new instructions wherever possible.
Market Knowledge
* Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and current competition.
* Stay informed about changes in relevant legislation that may impact the residential property sector.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their property transactions.
* Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
Branch Support
* Assist the leadership team in the day-to-day operations of the branch and sales team management.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of branch strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Administration and Compliance
* Ensure all property-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and company requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property valuations, and listings.
* Adhere to all relevant legislation, industry regulations, and company policies.
Key Skills
* Confident, articulate, well-presented with a positive attitude and a target-driven sales approach. A desire to succeed within a team and develop the branch is a must.
* Team player
* Good communications, both written and verbal; organised and proactive
* A full valid driving licence and a car are required.
