An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Supervisor to join the Hatfield UK Break-Fix Service. This role will primarily support and oversee the Goods In and Goods Out processes, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.
Were looking for a self-driven, highly organised individual with strong leadership and logistical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in driving process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Working hours: 11:00 - 19:00
What youll do
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Goods In/Out areas.
2. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
3. Align team resources effectively to meet changing demand levels.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support high-priority tasks.
