The Role: Compliance Officer / Admin Assistant – Full Time – ASAP Start No prior experience just the right attitude, willingness to learn Your key responsibilities are to: Carry out document and safeguarding checks for candidates Clear candidates to work quickly and efficiently Act as a pillar of support to the Recruitment Consultants Our hiring criteria; A can do and self motivated attitude, you must be able to use your own initiative A degree is preferable (though not essential with the right experience) A clear communicator who is comfortable talking to candidates at all levels of their career IT proficient and an excellent command of written English Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Previous education or compliance experience would be a bonus What is on offer 25k Basic Salary after probation passed (3 months) Working in brand new offices with squash courts Career development and Progression Free Breakfast on Mondays and Beer & Pizza on Thursdays All expenses paid VIP trips (Vegas Trip for this October 2024) Monthly targets incentives including lunch clubs Teams socials Note: Our offices are based in Hammersmith and the sales consultants are in 5 days a week, the compliance team will work 9-6 pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch. The sole job of the compliance officer is to support the sales team by clearing teachers by undergoing various safeguarding checks and working with consultants and candidates to gain the respective documents we need to clear teachers so that they can work within our client schools.
