Quality Auditor
Come and join us! We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Auditor to join our team in Thetford.
* This post is working DAYS
* The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06.00 - 18.00 on a 4on 4off shift rotation
* The rate of pay is: £14.40 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
* To effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, our customers, regulatory bodies and all other interested stakeholders.
* The completion of routine and non-routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance to all codes of practice
* To coach, train, advise and support the factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance and deviation to specification
* To act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines
Ideal Candidate:
* Solid level of Computer Literacy, Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
* Knowledge of Quality
* Excellent communication skills
* Food Safety Lvl 3
* HACCP Lvl 3
* Allergen Management
* Root Cause Analysis
* Dealing with conflict
* Assertiveness
* Time Management
