You will support a specialist team with operational duties while providing excellent customer care. Our client has a family feel to the office and work very much as a team therefore although you will have your own responsibilities you will wear many hats within the business and assist client from an initial enquiry through to execution. Key responsibilities as an Operations Executive / Sales Coordinator Assisting clients with inbound sales enquiries Account management – managing key client relationships Managing various enquiries with confidence – whilst taking accountability Process sales orders and keep customers updated on their progress Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations Assisting with logistics Onboard new customers efficiently Maintain customer information using various databases Generate sales reports and completing all round administration Working with accounts to manage client accounts, including processing invoices, credit control, etc Raise invoices and purchase orders Chase outstanding payments Act as a point of contact for billing, order, and any other enquiries via email and on the telephone Attending trade shows About you: We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a small, family-feel business where teamwork is key. You will be visible, involved, and willing to support across departments.
