About You
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within fashion, accessories, or beauty retail.
* A proven history of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and empower a team.

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
