We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our talented team at NHS Fife.

We now require an exceptional Lead Clinical Pharmacist Primary Care, to fulfill this key senior role which is responsible for the leadership and development of pharmacotherapy services within GP Practices in NHS Fife.
As an inspirational team leader, you will help to guide a highly engaged team to transform the way we deliver pharmacy services in line with our core values of dignity and respect; care and compassion; openness, honesty, and responsibility; and quality and teamwork.
Reporting to NHS Fifes Head of Pharmacy Population Health and Wellbeing, the post holder will also be expected to develop strong collaborative working relationships across the organisation to support transformation of services. This is vitally important to how we deliver future whole system health and care services to support people across Fife.
This post is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to provide dynamic strategic direction and operational leadership, in the planning, management and provision of our pharmacy services. You will also have a clinical commitment within general practice, utilising your clinical and prescribing skills to provide care to our patients.
Whilst the post is based at Lynebank Hospital in Dunfermline, the successful candidate will have responsibility for and oversight of all areas of Fife and be expected to travel to support the service.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
