The Role:
Wintel Analyst
Your responsibilities:
•Incident & Request Management:
oHandle day-to-day SNOW requests and incidents promptly.
oMonitor workflow management tools and respond to logged tasks, incidents, and requests.
•Server & Infrastructure Support:
oProvide 2nd/3rd line technical support for Windows Server estate (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
oPerform patching and deploy security tools across server and endpoint environments.
•Active Directory & Identity Management:
oManage user creation, modification, and deletion in Active Directory and Entra (Azure AD).
oSupport starters, movers, and leavers process, including password resets and access troubleshooting.
•Desktop & Endpoint Management:
oTroubleshoot laptop, desktop, and user access issues.
oBuild and rebuild laptops (PAW) and desktops using Intune and Active Directory.
oReconfigure applications and support application users on their devices.
•Citrix & VMware Administration:
oManage and deploy applications in Citrix 7.6 environment.
oHands-on experience with VMware for virtualization tasks and troubleshooting.
•Networking & Protocols:
oBasic understanding of networking protocols: TCP, NFS, NTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, TELNET.
•Standards & Collaboration:
oAdopt and strive for best-in-class standards in all technical operations.
oCollaborate with technical leads and colleagues to resolve complex issues.
Your Profile
•Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
•Hands-on experience as a Windows and VMware Analyst.
•Familiarity with Citrix 7.6 environment and application deployment.
•Experience with Intune for device management.
•Understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting.
•Ability to manage patching and security tool deployment.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: 6+ years of Experience
