Overview
Customer Team Member – Location: 26 Roxburgh Street, Kelso, TD5 7DH. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 16-20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
* Help introduce new products and services – share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events
