Working for a global B2B product brand that sells to SMBs and enterprise, the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead is the perfect role for a commercially minded candidate who can re-energise a century-old brand and shape how its products show up within the market.
Following a series of acquisitions, the business is entering a transformation within its marketing capability, so the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead will need to be able to, both, set and deliver a solid brand strategy that will accelerate the pace of this journey.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in their West Midlands offices and 1 day per week in London. The role is officially home-based, so any travel or accommodation will be covered.
The Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead will
* Build and deliver on a brand and communications strategy, re-energising the UK brand.
* Plan and lead ABM campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance across lead and lag metrics.
* Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and offline channels.
* Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Own the brand marketing budget and prioritise resource allocation based on impact and performance data.
Candidates for the Brand and Communications Manager / Marketing Program Manager / B2B Brand Lead role must have:
* Strong B2B brand and communications/programs marketing experience from any sector.
* Proven success driving integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
* Ability to set strategy as well as work hands-on within a "big start-up" culture.
* Confidence managing agency relationships and working cross-functionally with digital, sales, and product teams.
