Overview
Training Specialist (Medical Devices) for Radiometer, a Danaher operating company. This is a national field-based role responsible for delivering end user training on the correct use of devices at hospital sites and managing projects related to new instrument implementations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver end user training on the correct use of the device for implementations and contract training.
* Work with internal and customer teams to plan and project manage implementations.
* Create and deliver training programs for customers on the use of Radiometer products.
* Provide onsite face-to-face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products.
Essential Requirements
* Experience as a trainer.
* Proactive approach with a focus on high-quality training sessions.
* Willingness to travel nationwide on an 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home) — based between North London and Midlands area (Luton/Milton Keynes/Northampton) would be advantageous.
* Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.
Nice to have
* Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.
* Experience implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.
* Experience in a commercial field-based role.
* Project management skills and experience.
