1:1 Teaching Assistant - Part Time Saltburn TS12 area - £88.92 per day November 25 - ongoing Vision for Education is looking to appoint a part time Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a primary school in the Skelton area. This is a part time Teaching Assistant role, 2-3 days a week 8:30am until 3:30pm, working 1:1 with a child in EYFS who needs additional support with SEND needs and challenging behaviour. Aswell as working with small intervention groups when required. This role will commence November 2025 and will be on going with a potential to become long term, depending on the needs of the school at the time. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a Level 3 or above in Teaching and Supporting Learning and SEND experience would be desirable to the role. Experience working with challenging behaviour would be essential. The Role Working as part of a passionate teaching team, the desired teaching assistant will focus on providing a high standard of support for a EYFS child on a 1:1 basis with high behavioural needs. As well as small intervention groups of 5-6 children helping with additional subject development. Must be flexible to changing environments.
