Marketing Manager We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns that support growth, build brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. This role will play a key part in aligning marketing efforts with sales and product strategies, leveraging platforms like HubSpot to drive performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified website traffic. Manage and optimize content marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing tactics with business priorities. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy and ROI. Execute integrated marketing plans including email campaigns, social media, paid media, and events. Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to support campaign delivery when required. Use HubSpot (or similar marketing CRM) to build and manage campaigns, automate workflows, and nurture leads through the funnel. Stay current on industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to testing and optimization.
