Do you have the patience, resilience, and commitment to help every child reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Prescot (L34) area starting October 2025.
You will be joining a warm and inclusive primary school that values every child as an individual. The staff are committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where all pupils, regardless of their background or abilities, can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be calm, patient, and nurturing in their approach
* Have a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs
* Be adaptable and able to respond to a range of different situations
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals
* Work well within a team and take initiative when needed
* Have a willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities
* Ideally, have previous experience in a similar role (although this is not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
