Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team and work in SEN-specific schools across the city. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and help them thrive both academically and personally.

* Providing tailored support to students with SEMH and SEND needs.
* Assisting teachers in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress.
* Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
