Role Purpose Ensure all construction activities meet the highest quality standards by working closely with the project team and client throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage all QA/QC documentation (tests, inspections, certifications, reports) Set and maintain inspection and testing standards across all processes Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality requirements Coordinate with procurement and project teams on material quality Oversee inspection and testing schedules and conduct quality audits Support training to ensure compliance with quality procedures Monitor handling, storage, and lifting processes, including hazardous materials Analyse non-conformances and prepare performance reports Implement systems to monitor and improve quality across all activities Recommend corrective actions where needed Collaborate with H&S teams on risk assessments and method statements Develop Inspection Test Plans and checklists Liaise with client teams on audits, inspections, and material approvals Candidate Profile Degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years’ construction/engineering experience ideally in Civil/CSA quality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams Excellent organisation and time management Proficient IT skills Knowledge of building and quality regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills
