Commercial Partnerships Manager | £45k - £50k + commission | UK Remote
Premier Sports Network have partnered with a fast-growing and innovative sports media company creating industry-leading content across audio, video and social platforms.
The Company: • Partner with elite sports talent and global brands to create multi-platform shows across audio, video and social media channels. • Content reaching millions of views, with a mission to give brands access to highly engaged sports audiences in a creative and authentic way. • Have built award-winning shows across Rugby Union, Cycling, Cricket and Women’s Football (and more) and are now expanding into new sports and new commercial opportunities. • Collaborative, supportive and ambitious culture within a rapidly growing media business shaping the future of sports content.
The Role: • Develop and manage commercial partnerships across the portfolio of shows. • Drive new business growth by identifying and securing brand and agency partnerships aligned with their audience and content strategy. • Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and media agencies to generate long-term commercial value. • Create innovative branded content concepts and integrated campaigns that deliver value for both partners and audiences. • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from pitch and negotiation through to onboarding and delivery. • Work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies and increase market awareness of value proposition. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities. • Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue reporting to support business growth.
Requirements: • Proven experience in media sales, brand partnerships or business development in sport or entertainment is a MUST • Strong network of brand and agency contacts. • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth. • Ability to develop creative branded content ideas and commercial campaigns. • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. • Commercially minded self-starter with a strong understanding of the evolving sports media landscape.
