Are you a Dynamics 365 specialist who enjoys improving systems, supporting users, and making data work harder for the business?
This growing organisation is looking for a D365 Administrator to take ownership of day-to-day administration, data quality, security roles, and ongoing improvements across their CRM environment. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical teams to ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and fit for purpose.
What you’ll be doing
* Administering D365 across multiple teams and environments
* Maintaining and configuring security roles, field-level security, and permissions
* Monitoring system health, performance, sync issues, and audit logs
* Managing data imports, cleansing, and maintaining data integrity
* Supporting users with forms, views, dashboards, and daily queries
* Assisting with solution imports, release management, and small enhancements
* Supporting internal teams with updates, new features, and process improvements
* Contributing to Power Platform governance and environment checks
