* Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Teacher, SEN Coordinator, and a dedicated team of educators and support staff to provide holistic student support.
* Care: Assist with personal care as may be required.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Experience: Demonstrable experience working with SEN students within a UK school environment is essential.
* Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one quickly.
* Dedication: A strong dedication to inclusive teaching principles and a proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to student support.
* Skills: Proficiency in curriculum adaptation (e.g., P Scales), inclusive teaching methodologies, and effective classroom management.
