Join to apply for the Senior Residential Support Worker role at Aspris. Our home in Kilbirnie is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker now. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Engage with and manage each child’s plan to ensure highest standards of care and professionalism.
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the service.
Qualifications
* SVQ3 qualification for this role in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the time frame set out by SSSC.
* Must have a full UK driving licence due to transporting young people to external locations.
