Job Description: Deputy
Holly Court is a fifteenbed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Holly Court is a happy, lively home where adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities are supported in a personcentred way to achieve their individual goals and live their best lives.
As a Deputy Manager at Hollybank, your typical duties will include:
* Supervising a wellestablished team of Senior Support Workers, providing advice and onthejob coaching.
* Auditing processes to ensure the ongoing safety and compliance of the service.
* Liaising with external professionals and working collaboratively with Hollybank colleagues.
* Working alongside the Registered Manager to maintain operational excellence within Holly Court.
* Reviewing and auditing care plans, risk assessments, and other documentation.
* Supporting the Registered Manager with recruitment, probationary meetings, and rota management.
